Lost Connection Error

Hello,

We keep getting this error message even after unchecking passive mode:
"Lost Connection"
Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

We are using FTP
TLS minimum 1.1 and Passive Mode is off. It is working on other FTP Tool but not on WinSCP

Please advise.

Please post a session log file both from WinSCP and the "other FTP tool".
