How to prevent drag_drop in directory tree

Hi, Everyone.

I have a question to block drag&drop command in directory tree.

When you click a mouse in the tree, it is sometimes drag-dropped and moved into a different folder.

If I can't just lock the drag-drop on the tree, is there any function that can lock it all?
