Only get file in directory and not sub directories

I have a script which is working well to download a file placed into the FTP today within /home/Out/ but it seems to also download sub directories contained within the specified directory. I have tried to exclude them but can't work it out despite reading many posts.

get -filemask="*>=today" /home/Out/ Y:\Imports\New\

Thanks for replying. I tried your suggestion and got this error message...

"Selecting files using a path ending with slash is ambiguous. Remove the slash to
select the folder. Append * mask to select all files in the folder."

That's a warning, not an error. And it's not related directly to this question.
