Out of memory error

Hi, could you ever fix the fuc*ing error "Out of memory"? there is no "Cancel/Close" button(because now after pressing "X" of error, error repeats instantly without opportunity to close the real window which causes error), it's so hard to add it or what? For so long this problem exists..
