Feature Request: Japanese-EUC support

Character code, Japanese-EUC is used to handle Japanese in UNIX.
Filenames in Jpanese are described in Japanese-EUC, too.
So I am a Japanese, I (and many Japaneses) am want to treat these files with WinSCP2.
But WinSCP2 cant treat these filenames correctly still.

Also I want use filenames with UTF-8 charactors.
Please support these foreign charactor-sets.
