Can't connect via FTP

i'm unable to connect via FTP. Even after uninstalling and downloading new(er) version I'm still unable I tried on multiple networks and still facing the issue. Not blocked by firewall.

It says that there is a time out detected. i tried to increase server response timeout but that doesn't solve the issue.

Can you connect with any other FTP client? Did you talk to the server administrator?
