Background transfer when synch directories

Hi,

When using the regular copy, the BACKGROUND button is very useful. It improves the transfer using more than one connection when uploading a lot of files.

However, when doing a SYNC of directories, this button is not present in the transfer window. So it will be interesting to have this functionality in this window too.
