I would like to know if it is possible to configure the program so that in WEBDAV mode it is not possible to modify a file two users at the same time, that is, if a user is connected to a file word, the second one that tries to access will leave the file locked . IT'S POSSIBLE?

I assume that most servers do support such configuration. But that's server-side configuration. We cannot help you with that here.
