F-Secure Linux server and WinSCP

I can log into the Winscp 2.2 program without any problem. When I try to copy a file from the windows machine to the linux ssh server I receive the following error:
Host hasn't answered for 15 seconds. Wait for another 15 seconds? Pressing 'Abort'button will close session. Warning: Aborting this operation will close connection!
