empty files after ftp transfer

Hello i'm using WinSCP ver.5.7.7 and when I transfer files to my client finally result a file having 0 (zero) kb and receive an error message.
I think is something wrong in my settings, please help me.
I put some print screen of my problem.

Can you upload the files successfully using any other FTP client?

Btw, you should upgrade.
