Please add dialog for retype master password

WinSCP 5.17.3 (Build 10325)
Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363.752

If I type wrong master password ("The password cannot be deprycted." error), I cannot retype correct password.
I have to restart WinSCP for this action

It seems that your configuration is somehow broken.
If you type a wrong master password, you should get

You did not enter the correct current master password.

Followed by a new prompt (like you want).

The error you get should normally never happen. It means that WinSCP believes that the master password is correct, but the password was encrypted with another master password. Or that WinSCP does not know the master password, but you have some encrypted passwords.
Try to turn off master password and reset it.
