Downloading Node.js application to WinSCP Server

Hello.
I was unable to get my host application to work in WinSCP.
As far as I understand, the node version 6 is installed on the server and the version of my node is 8+. Does it matter?
What are the right steps to download a host application?

Sorry, this is not WinSCP question.
There's nothing like "WinSCP server".
You probably mean an SFTP or FTP server. Or a web server.
