synchronize automatically

is there any setting that auto sync work. Which settings do you use that this works well. with me he sees that an extra file has been uploaded but he does not forward it to the designated folder. I would like to hear from you.

if someone puts something in a pass then i would like the word copied and moved to another folder word. so if a company puts something in step I want the automations word copied to another folder.

What does you mean by "pass"?
