FTP transfer (mirror to box.com) settings

Hello WinSCP forum,
I started making backups to box.com a last year when the University purchased a site license. I can get both winscp and filezilla to make a connection and transfer files. Filezilla performs file transfers as a reasonable speed, but WinSCP is orders of magnitude slower. It may be because of the settings I'm using to connect winSCP. Does anyone have a tutorial on the best connection settings to transfer files from local fileserver to a remote directory on Box.com?

Check this, Just updated to current winSCP, upload speeds seem about right, 2.5mbps
