Access denied

Today I could not connect to the server via SFTP. The password contains the special character "!". It connects to other servers where there is no special characters in the password without problems. There is an older version on the computer in office, it also connects without problems. The same problem in Putty. Recently updated WinSCP to version 5.17.3 (build 10325). I'm using Windows 10. Has anyone had the same problem?
