How do I configure to use a particular cipher?

Soembody said that a connection wasn't working because we needed to use specific ciphers. Regardless if that is true, how do I specify a cipher? Thank you.

WinSCP does not allow configuring specific sipher to TLS/SSL.
Why do you think you need to configure it?
