Unicode builds

Is there Unicode builds of WinSCP?

All the buzz about UTF-8 isn't worth much if WinSCP cannot handle local file names with international charachters. :-/

IOW, WinSCP/ANSI cannot display characters in the file names of charset different of Wind0ze default.

Or can anyone recommend alternatives perhaps?

At moment amongst free file transfer tool I know only SmartFTP which does proper UTF-8/Unicode on Wind0ze. But it can't SFTP...

There is no unicode build of WinSCP and Borland C++ Builder does not support unicode.
