Saved file in WInSCP not uploading to the website

I have made some changes to a WinSCP file and saved the file. However it is not uploading to the website as usual. I am still stuck with the old file. I have exited and rebooted the program but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I should add that I have cleared the history/cookies.

I should also have added that I am using the latest version of WinCP (downloaded today) using FTP on a Windows 10 PC.

So what does it do, when it does not upload? Do you get any error?

There was no error message. The file just didn’t replace the older one so it was not published. However I no longer have the problem as I reinstalled WinSCP and now I can publish new material. Thanks for your reply.
