Unable to sign in WinSCP

Error message appears, "cannot locate host". The password looks pre-filled and is too many characters and I cannot change it. Could this be the reason?
I am new, the person I am replacing leaves tomorrow. This login is critical. It was working however today I cannot login. Please advise as soon as possible.

You will need to contact your network administrator. Though "cannot locate host" error has unlikely anything to do with any password.
