Forever reconnection during startup.

Hello!
I see window with:
Network error:Connection to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx timed out.

Then try to reconnect....
Application did not start.
How I can disable my configuration during startup ?

Do you mean that WinSCP tries to connect somewhere right when it is starting? How do you start WinSCP?
