WinSCP timing out when connecting to Sharefile sites

Hi, my organisation has an automatic file downloading process which uses WinSCP to connect to different FTP sites and download files. Two of these FTP sites are running on Sharefile. In recent weeks, WinSCP has been timing out sometimes when connecting to the two Sharefile sites, but is still fine with the other sites. It seems that Sharefile has some kind of recurring problem. I can connect manually without problems. Has anyone else been experiencing anything like this?

It works sometimes, so the impression that I get is that the intermittent problem is at Sharefile's end and I'm not sure there's much I can do; I was wondering whether other people have had recent problems with Sharefile as well. Thanks for any help.
