any idea why it enters the useragent in the place of username ?

i am trying to connect to my router ssh with port 23
because i had to enable it by editing the config file and changing telnet to ssh
it have the same port ...

what do you think the fix would be ?

You cannot use Telnet port with WinSCP. You have to use SSH (SFTP) or FTP, if the device supports it.
