WinSCP sFTP not working with imported public keyfile

Hello,

I tried connecting to an sFTP-Server, that needs a certificate installed on the client. I did this in Filezilla, and everything works fine. However, same public keyfile and credentials do not work in WinSCP.

Is there any special requirement for WinSCP?

Sorry, this is confusing. Certificate or private key? WinSCP does not support certificates with SSH/SFTP. I believe that FileZilla does not either. Regarding private keys: WinSCP and FileZilla support the same keys (they use the same SSH code). Can you post some logs? What exactly did you do?
