treeview in tab 1 collapse after change to tab 2

Hello,

open two connections(tabs) and open in connection 1 two folder in same root like
/etc
/home

go to connection 2 and back to connection 1. When you was in /home now /etc is not ellapsed anymore. All folders (not the active) are collapsed after switch tabs(connections).

Yes, WinSCP currently does not remember the tree state when switching the sessions.
