winscp cannot connect a remote server with public ssh keys

I generated my ssh keys under C:\Users\<username>\.ssh
and upload a public key to my remote server.
when I use windows console, I ssh to that server successfully without typing passward.(actually I don't know my passward)
but when I use winscp to connect to that server, it report an error No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)

Please post an output of ssh -vvv username@hostname and WinSCP session log file.
