Can I use C++Builder Community Edition to build winscp?

The readme says I should be using Embarcadero C++ Builder XE6 Professional.
Just wondering if I can use community version?

Probably not. Long ago, it was possible to use the Personal edition, if you excluded the FTP code from the build. But it's nearly a decade since we tried the last time. So it's unlikely it's gonna work.
