Seeing a winscp user on linux box

I am having troubles being able to see who is logged into my server through winscp3 I am newer at this linux thing and would take any help I can get I have tried many variations of who and that sort of thing but it never shows me someone logged in even though I know 1 or 2 are.

Any help is greatly apreciated.

Problem is that for example 'finger' command does not list users that have no TTY. There is probably simple solution, but I'm not an unix expert.

Guess no one has much info on how to do this that is a bummer. :(
