Password ~ access denied

I recently updated to the latest version of WisSCP which I have done on many occasions.
As the user name and password is saved all I need to do is press login and I can then access and update my website.
However on this occasion another screen has opened with access deigned and asking for password.
I enter the password I have written down and saved but still deigns access.

How can I gain access to change password?

If you want to change/reset your password, you will need to contact your server administrator or hosting provider.

I do not think your problem is related to your upgrade of WinSCP.
