How to set up a MFA, multi factor authentication in WINSCP?

How to set up a MFA, multi factor authentication in WINSCP? The goal is to connect to AWS s3 buckets and load/unload/delete files in AWS s3 using WINSCP with a MFA. My company doesn't allow any connections to AWS s3 without MFA.

I do not have any experience with that. But I assume you can use the aws command-line tool to obtain a security token and then you can use that with WinSCP. Or actually in the upcoming version of WinSCP:
