Local Pane is empty (not showing the files and folders)

I am facing this issue (files and folders not showing in local Pane) from 2 months, when I raise this issue with IT department, they re-create my profile & this issue fix. But after 1 week when my laptop restarts 2-3 times. The same issue appears.

This repeats 4-5 times and nobody gives me permanent fix.

I expect help in this forum.

I use winSCP of version 5.13.3 (Build 8565).

I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

I will not be able to share you the trace file as its company laptop and I need admin credentials to use your debug version.
And also this issue exist, it can't be re-produce now right.
Please share few scenarios where the same issue shared with you and you had given the fix.

You should not need Admin credentials to use the debug build. Please follow the instructions:
