modification value sets to 30 Dec 1899 for 31 Dec 1969

Hi,
Using FileZilla, I can see that the FTP site has date as 31 Dec 1969. But the WinSCP's XML output shows this date converted to 30 Dec 1899. May i please know why ? and any fix for the same ?

FYI, I am using WinSCP.5.13.4

Why do you think that FileZilla is correct and WinSCP not? Can you post verbose log files from both clients?
