Getting "Operation Not permitted" on file copy

Hello,
I am intermittently getting this error when running a script file to send a file..

* 2020-12-07 19:04:32.779 DailyInventory 2012071903.txt: Operation not permitted
. 2020-12-07 19:04:32.779 Asking user:

the script terminates and does not complete..
the file does not exist on the server..
any clues would be appreciated
i have attached the log file where the put command is issued.

Please ask your server administrator, why the server is failing the file upload. We cannot answer that here.
