Monitor a folder and move the files

I've seen this question was asked 9 years ago:

And was wondering if this can be achieved now using WinSCP?

No, nothing new. Though nowadays, with WinSCP .NET assembly and PowerShell, the solutions is even easier and better. PowerShell can easily monitor the folder, instead of polling it.
