Symlink permission modification silently fails

When changing permissions of a symlink (via SFTP) nothing happens.
Probably WinSCP dont use "-h" key to chown command.
Doing "chown" manually in commandline with -h option works well.
Please fix it. Thank you.

I mean ownership of course. not just permission.

WinSCP does not have any "chown" command.
