Connection test failed. cURL Error: TCP connection reset by peer

I recently installed the WinSCP.
I am facing a problem when adding a new server and this error appears

Connection test failed. cURL Error: TCP connection reset by peer

Double check your connection settings. This usually occurs when the remote server rejects your connection request. Are you able to connect using SSH from a terminal?

Where do you get that error? This does not look like a WinSCP message.
