scripting with privatekey which is protected with passphase

In which way I can connect to the Server in scripting-mode?
The only way to log in is using my privatekey, which is passphrase-protected.
I don't know how to handle the passphrase...

It's simple, just unprotect the key.

Using Pageant would be a better idea. You'll only need to supply the passphrase once on startup.
