Encryption questions

Hello,

Is it possible to use the encryption option like this:

- Files will be sent (by 3th party) to an FTP server unecnrypted.
- I login at the FTP server with WinSCP
- I select a folder on the FTP server and then use WinSCP to encrypt this folder on the FTP server

Would that be possible?

You cannot encrypt the data in-place. WinSCP would have to download the data, encrypt it and reupload it. You can do the same yourself.
