Unable to view/access local folders

We are using WinSCP version5.7.4.5553.We were unable to access local directory .its not showing on the panel. We tried changing user interface in commander option. Still its not showing.
For testing we ran the application as different user with colleague login. For colleague login local directory is accessible . could you please advise to resolve this issue.

Sorry, but "its not showing" is very vague. Please post a screenshot of the problem, using the latest version of WinSCP.

So do you mean that you have other drives than the D: and they do not show in WinSCP? Can you post a screenshot (a screenshot, not a photo) of Windows File Explorer showing the drives?

Yes I am having an another drive C drive

We were unable to attach the screenshot.since it's customer data.couls please let us know what needs to be checked

So can you post the screenshot with the customer data removed?
