Disable option "remember last used directory" in generating session URL/code

Hi,
Found no information how to store the advanced environment setting "Remember last used directory" = false while generating session URL/code.
UpdateDirectories=0 is not working.

Though the option is not really relevant for scripting/code. What are you trying to achieve?
