Running an FTP upload using SCP while generating a log file trapping errors

What code would generate the attached image? If it is already on your site, just point me in that direction. I want to upload a file while trapping any connection or upload errors.

Sorry, I do not understand your question. The screenshot shows an email, right? Are you asking what code did generate the email? Or what code did generate the output that was used for the contents of the email? Also, you refer to an "error". I do not see any error on the screenshot. It says "Success", right?
