Exclude Hidden Directories

I do not have access to hidden directories , so when i list a folder and if there are hidden directories its giving me an error. How can i exclude Hidden directories from listing.

I'm not sure I follow. Are you claiming that you cannot list a folder that contains hidden subfolders?
