Download/Upload Buttons

It would be much better to have upload/download button in the middle like this:


Also buttons are small in general, especially id I'm on my 2in1 14-inch laptop

The buttons should be as large as in the rest of the Windows UI, i.e. like in Windows File Explorer. Aren't they?
