Select files without ctrl key and mouse

Hi,
I use the software with a tablet so I haven't a keyboard: is there a solution to select some files without ctrl key and mouse?

How do you select files on your device for example in Windows File Explorer?

Are you using the checkboxes? Or is there other way?

In Windows File Manager I have selected in folder options the “Use Check Boxes To Select Items.” so I use the checkbox to select single file.
