Blank File Download

Hi,

I have an issue when downloading a file via FTP TLS/SSL Explicit encryption using the GUI or a script. I am using version 5.19.1 on Server 2012R2.

The file shows as 1kb but when downloaded or edited it is empty. If I use FileZilla the file is transferred with data in it.

I've attached a log file.

Please could you take a look?

The log shows that 604 bytes were downloaded. How exactly do you check the file size after the download? What does dir E:\SageImport\WebOrder5038.csv show?

Thanks for coming back to me. The file is 0KB and the file is empty when I open or view in the GUI. I have attached a screenshot.

Isn't there a local process that might monitor the "import" folder and conflict with WinsCP download?

If you are sure that there's no such process, I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

I’ve managed to get this working, the firewall was blocking part of WinSCP.
