How do you change the output folder for a download

How do I change the output folder for a download. NOTHING IS IDENTIFIED AS "OUTPUT". NOTHING that I have found in the instruction uses the word "OUTPUT"

Can you please be more specific? How are you downloading the files? In WinSCP GUI? Using drag&drop? Or menu commands? Or keyboard shortcuts? Or are you using scripting? Or the .NET assembly?
