WinSCP url protocol not opening the WinSCP version 5.1.2

Hi,
I am trying to open the WinSCP from browser using url handler winscp-sftp://.
But the above one is working with the 5.9 and above versions. If I have installed the lower version in my machine the above protocol is not recognizing. Please help me on this.

WinSCP 5.1.2 does not support this. The winscp-sftp:// URLs are supported since 5.2.6 only.

Use the latest version of WinSCP.
