Viewing session details or properties

I can create a session and open a session, but how can you view the session properties: host address, port number, username etc.?

Re: Viewing session details or properties

Are you asking how to see the settings of an opened session?
WinSCP does not have such screen.
You can enable session logging and inspect the log.

People usually do not use WinSCP to open ad-hoc connections. You typically save your settings to a stored site and reuse it. In such case, you can see the settings of your stored site on the Login dialog.

session properties

Hi Martin,

I see you responded to a user back in 2021 that there was no screen similar to a "session properties" screen at that time. In the most recent WinSCP client version of 6.1.1., is there such a screen? I saved the site I use often, and saved a number of screenshots to set a new session, however I forgot to save a screenshot with the folders used on both the sending and the receiving sides. Aside from the "session properties" screen, is there any other place I get the folders used in an existing and saved session?
I tried to post this message with my existing user name of asher629, but the website refused to accept it saying that "this user name has already been taken"
Thank you
