Need Antivirus exclusion document.

I was first using Symantec endpoint protection antivirus on my system but now I want to migrate to Windows Defender but after migrating I find out that I am unable to upload files above 20 MB as I am getting lost connection timeout detected error. I have tried to increase the timeout interval but the issue still persists. So when I migrated back to Symantec endpoint protection antivirus I was able to upload the files above 20 MB with the help of WinSCP. So when I checked with Microsoft they need an Antivirus Exclusion document for WinSCP software. Please reply if you have any such documents.
Windows 10 version 20H2.
