Activate remote recycle bin in scripting mode

Is it possible to activate remote recycle bin by the /rawconfig or /rawtransfersettings parameter or by the -rawsettings switch?
(I actually want to have a backup copy of files before they are overwritten by the synchronize or the put command.)
