Logging in - Connection issue

Hi,

I am having issues connecting altogether, I am on the latest version of WinSCP. I have attached two screenshots to show screens that pop up. I have tried this on 3 different machines in two different locations, so I don't believe it to be an issue with the machines. I have been using this weekly for a couple of years, this is the first time I have seen this issue. Any help is much appreciated, many thanks.

Where are you connecting to? Did you contact the server administrator? Can you connect with any other client?
